Information We Collect. We collect your email address at registration, analysis queries (location and budget), and usage data (pages visited, features used). Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How We Use It. Your data is used to provide the Service, improve our AI analysis pipeline, send transactional emails (verification, password reset), and, if you opt in, occasional newsletters.

Data Retention. Analysis results are cached for up to 30 days to improve response times. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

Third Parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and xAI (AI analysis). We do not sell your data.

Security. We use encryption in transit (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data.
